Last Winter in The Last Frontier

Our Story
I’ve been stationed in Alaska for the past 3 years and I’m going on my fourth. This is my last Christmas here and I’m leaving August 2024. I’m single and don’t have any kids or pets.
I enjoy all the new experiences I’ve been able to do since coming to Alaska. I’ve been able to go on the train ride to Denali, kiss a moose, see a glacier (castners), see some amazing views hiking, go snowboarding, go to the hot springs, and see the northern lights.
At first I didn’t like Alaska, I came here as a 20 year old from New Jersey (my first base) and it’s very different from my last base. There were not the same activities, I had no family or friends up here, and I had just lost an immediate family member the day I landed here. Since then I’ve made some great memories with some great people and I’ve been fortunate to visit home to see family at least once a year. Alaska has really grown on me and while I don’t see myself making this place my home it will always hold a special place in my heart.
I appreciate you taking the time to read our bios and even if you don’t sponsor my gift, thank you for supporting us! I learned the people in this community truly make Fairbanks the Golden Heart City by the kindness they show repeatedly. From pulling people out of ditches, to repeatedly answering how road conditions are, dethawing frozen cars, and returning lost wallets it amazes me what a great community we have here. Thank you for allowing us to be apart of it!

Our Family’s Wish
I’ll give you multiple options but I don’t expect everything!
First high ticket items I would love would be a Nintendo switch (I don’t mind if it’s used!) or a kindle.
Second items cheaper items would be candles, books, anything coffee I love Starbucks and Sunrise, perfume, xtra tuffs or uggs!
