Make a wish- Family of four with baby three on the way

Hi. We are a family of four with another baby on the way due in Jan. We just had to get a new car because the other broke down so that has put us in a tight spot. We moved here in June of 2021. My wife and I have two daughters. One who is 3 and one is 4 . Our three year old has special needs. We do not know the gender of the new addition coming. Our kids love to just hang out as a family or do hands on things.
