ASYMCA Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At the Armed Services YMCA of Alaska, we are committed to providing excellent customer service to all program participants, while understanding that unexpected situations may arise. This policy encourages early registration and clear communication through our online registration system and helps prevent financial loss or hardship to the ASYMCA of Alaska for programs associated with a fee.   

Cancellation Policy

  • This policy applies to all ASYMCA of Alaska programs and events that include a registration fee, unless otherwise stated in the individual program description. 
  • All program fees are non-refundable. 
  • We encourage participants to review all program details carefully before completing registration.  

We understand that military life and emergencies can bring unexpected challenges. In cases of: 

  • Verified TDY or duty-related assignments, or 
  • Verified family or medical emergencies 

A credit toward a future ASYMCA of Alaska program may be considered with approval from the Program/Event Director or Executive Director. 

  • If you are unable to attend a program, please notify the Armed Services YMCA of Alaska as soon as possible. 
  • While refunds are not available, early communication allows our team to manage rosters, staffing, and waitlists effectively to serve other families.
