I understand that my credit card information will be collected at kicksled pickup to cover late returns, damages, and replacements. I understand that I will be charged the following fees:

• Late fee: $50 per day
• Damage Fee: $200 per sled

If damaged beyond repair, replacement fee will be charged based on the actual current cost of the sled, which are T7/$409, T6/$389, T4/$339, and Mini/$319.

I understand it is my responsibility to return the rented equipment by the designated time and place. All equipment must be returned completely clean and disinfected. I will be responsible for expenses caused by the lost or damage caused during the time the rented equipment is in my possession.

In consideration of being permitted to rent Kicksleds, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant to hold the Armed Services YMCA of Alaska, its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses including death, and property loss arising from, but not limited to the user of such equipment. The rental of this equipment is for the sole purpose to use by the renter. The renter agrees to restrict the use of this equipment for that sole purpose and agrees that it is the renter’s full responsibility to ensure its sole use is by the renter.
